Phase 2 is the design phase, where we devise a heating strategy tailored for your property. We can also advise on planning/listed/conservation consent needs and support the necessary applications and statements.
In phase 3 we identify the appropriate third-party specialists for the installation, manage the tender process, concluding with an agreed specification and budget.
Phase 4 is the installation phase, where we can oversee the entire installation process, acting as an independent project manager, all the way through to commissioning.
Finally, in phase 5 we offer a custom-built monitoring and control platform for your property.
